LDKのための家具の提案である．住まわれ方に柔軟に対応できるように置き型の4つの家具を設計した．それぞれ1.3m幅のユニットは下部とセットバックした上部で構成されていて、連続させれば5m超の一つの大きな棚に、あるいは個別に島状の棚にまとめることもできる．棚の2段目はテーブルと同じ高さに設定することで、天板をいろいろな形で接続させることができるようにした．高さを抑えセットバックした家具ボリュームは、ワンルームの大らかさを損なわずに分節にも役立つ、さながらワンルームの海を漂う筏群のようである．漂う家具の群れが生活の風景を豊かにすることを期待している．
This is a proposal for furniture in LDK. We designed four pieces of furniture that can be placed flexibly according to the way of living. Each unit is 1.3m wide and consists of a lower part and a setback upper part, which can be connected to form a single large shelf of over 5m, or individually organized into islands. The shelf is set at the same height as the table, so that the table can be connected in various ways. The low height and setback of the furniture volume helps to divide the space without losing the grandeur of one-room, like a group of rafts drifting in the sea of the room. It is hoped that the drifting group of furniture will enrich the scenery of life.
